การสั่งซื้อและข้อมูลของลูกค้า

DERAMA SELECT at deramaselect.com is operated by CHA WELLNESS (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED, company registration number 0105568162530. These terms apply to use of our website and purchases from us. Read the product details, prices and related policies before confirming an order.
Orders and customer information
Provide accurate contact and delivery information, use a payment method you are entitled to use, and check items, quantities and totals before payment. Minors should order with the consent and supervision required by applicable law. Do not use the website unlawfully, infringe others' rights or interfere with its security.
Products, prices and payment
Prices are in Thai baht (THB) unless stated otherwise. Items, discounts, applicable taxes and delivery charges payable will be shown before payment confirmation. We will not add unagreed charges after payment. Coming-soon and out-of-stock items are not available to order. Preorder status and delivery timing must be disclosed before payment.
Images and colours may vary slightly between screens; this does not remove our obligation to supply the products as described. If a material price, description or stock error is identified, we will contact you about correction or cancellation. We will not substitute products or charge more without agreement. If a paid order is cancelled, we will refund it under our policy and applicable law.
Delivery, cancellations and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of the purchase terms. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We will check its fulfilment status and explain the available options without limiting your legal rights. An unboxing video is not required to report a product problem.
Product use
Read manufacturer labels, instructions, age restrictions and warnings before use. Children's products require appropriate adult supervision. General website information is not personalised medical advice. Seek suitable professional advice about health concerns or allergies. This does not limit our responsibility for unsafe products or your statutory rights.
Privacy and intellectual property
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data use. Acceptance of these terms does not automatically consent to marketing. Brands, images and content belong to their respective rights holders. External sites have their own policies.
Your rights and changes to these terms
Nothing here excludes or limits mandatory rights under Thai consumer law. Thai law applies without depriving you of other mandatory rights that apply to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Updated terms will carry a revised date and will not retrospectively reduce rights for confirmed orders.
